Changing your account email

From your account settings, open the Email panel and enter the new address. We send a verification link to the new address — until you click it, your old email remains active. This prevents accidental lockouts if you mistype the new address.

Once you confirm the new email, your old address is removed from the account and any login alerts will be sent to the new one instead. Saved searches, enquiries, and listings remain attached to the same account — no data is lost.

Lost access to the old email?

If you no longer have access to the old email and cannot complete a normal change, submit an issue using the Submit an issue form with the subject "Email recovery". A team member will verify your identity manually.
