BusinessSales accepts asking prices as bands (e.g. $450K – $550K) or as a single number. Bands tend to attract more enquiries because they invite negotiation.
Rough multiples by sector
- Hospitality: 1.5×–2.5× annual net profit
- Professional services: 2×–4× EBITDA
- E-commerce: 2.5×–4× EBITDA, higher for branded products
- Manufacturing: 3×–5× EBITDA
These are starting points. The actual multiple depends on lease length, owner-dependence, growth trajectory, and customer concentration. We recommend a formal valuation before listing.
