Resetting your password

From the login screen, click Forgot password and enter your account email. We send a reset link valid for 1 hour.
If the email doesn't arrive
- Check your spam folder.
- Confirm you used the email tied to your account.
- Wait 5 minutes and try again — outgoing email queues can occasionally lag.
If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, submit an issue using the Submit an issue form and a team member will help manually.
